Located in a magnificent historical warehouse building on Victoria Quay, right in the centre of the Fremantle Port, E Shed Markets is a stone’s throw from the Railway Station and right next door to the Fremantle Maritime Museum and the Rottnest Ferry Terminals.

With a massive licensed alfresco terrace looking over Fremantle’s picturesque working harbour, E-Shed Markets is the only waterfront market in Western Australia. From here you can watch the boats and ships passing by.

Fremantle’s E-Shed Markets attracts thousands of locals and visitors.  They come for the international food and music, local handicrafts, antiques and collectables, fashion both vintage and new, fresh organic fruit and vegetables, the warm aroma of a coffee and friendly banter from stall holders.

Please note that if successful, we will use the words you write here to describe your Permitted Use in the Lease Agreement. You will only be able to sell the item or items described as your Permitted Use. The Landlord reserves the right to offer you an 89 day Short Term Lease Agreement that includes some elements you list here and excludes others. Please be as detailed as you can. Please include price range. (Additional products will require approval in writing)

Opening Hours:

Tenants are required to keep the stalls opened during our standard trading hours. General Markets Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 9am to 5pm and till 8pm in the Food Court.

Use of the Stall:

Stall holders must only use and occupy the stall for retail sale of [describe products]. Other stallholders may be permitted to conduct a similar business at the E-Shed Markets. All goods and merchandise offered for sale or sold by Stallholders must comply with relevant safety and compliance standards.

Timing for Loading and Unloading:

Morning: Between 7.30am and 8.45am Evening: Between 5.00pm and 6.00pm.

Payment Method:

Rent is to be paid monthly in advance on or before the 1st of the Month.  Cheque, Cash or Direct Deposit is acceptable.  Cheques are to be made payable to Metier Pty Ltd and posted to:

Insurance:

Stallholders must take out and maintain adequate product insurance at all times and a minimum $10 million public liability policy.

Clean and Proper Condition:

Stallholders must conduct themselves in a proper, polite and orderly manner at all times and keep noise to a minimum. Stalls must be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
