Indonesian cooking originated from many islands in Indonesia and we at Victoria Cafe & Restaurants use natural spices derived from fresh and dried leaves, seeds, etc. There is no added M.S.G. in our dishes and we use low cholesterol vegetable oil in our cooking.

Most of our dishes are cooked mild to medium and we do not add chilli in most dishes unless you ask.
